About the Client
● Space Profit Team is a media buying team in Ukraine operating in the nutra niche. They actively grow their business, have created their own meetup brand, and regularly speak at industry events.
● Over four years, the business has gone a long way—from the ambitions and aspirations of the co-founders to a structured company with clear focus, processes, an ecosystem, and a sustainable growth strategy.The business has built a strong reputation expertise and its own vision of what is happening across the industry.

Challenge
● SPT is actively growing and therefore constantly needs new talent and stronger brand positioning within its niche. They approached MLN with a request to update their positioning, communication platform, and brand expressions to strengthen their employer brand and attract top specialists.
Solution
● We started by analyzing and structuring the SPT brand, defining its current state and development vector. We then conducted market and competitor research to identify a unique brand territory. At the final stage, we updated the positioning, developed clear brand descriptors and communication messages, and created solutions to strengthen the employer brand.
