About the Client
● The story of The Dvizh’s creation is one of our favorites. Why? Because it all started with Denis Volosov’s “green circles,” and over time evolved into a community of young digital entrepreneurs.
● In spring 2024, when we began our collaboration, The Dvizh already had its own event brand, BIG Dvizh (they managed to fill the entire Parkovy Convention and Exhibition Center on the first attempt), a large online community, and an offline club—all achieved in just over a year since launch.

Challenge
● Turbulent events in spring 2024 and the rapid growth of The Dvizh and its residents led to the brand outgrowing its platform. It became time for change and transformation to meet new challenges and scale.
Solution
● We started working with The Dvizh with a large-scale customer development process involving over 32 participants. After that, we moved on to developing a multi-year strategic business development plan—from digitizing existing business processes to creating new products and entering new markets.
● Additionally, we revealed what truly happens inside the business club, because The Dvizh is not just a community—it is a movement of digital people changing the rules of the game.

WHAT WE ACHIEVED
RESULTS
After launching a new communication approach and updating internal processes, The Dvizh almost doubled its offline community audience within a few months. Residents from various industries joined the club, significantly improving networking and collaboration within the community.
