About the Client
● White Sprut is a skincare brand that combines naturalness, effectiveness, and care for the environment. Its products are made from safe, high-quality ingredients and are suitable for different skin types. White Sprut offers simple and effective solutions for everyday skincare.
● White Sprut delivers products that the skin’s natural potential, providing a healthy appearance and comfort. Each product is designed for gentle care, ensuring softness and effectiveness in every touch.

Challenge
● The brand owner joined the Armed Forces of Ukraine, which created the need to structure the brand into a single, unified document. Our task was to formalize the vision, values, and product-creation principles so the guide could serve as a clear reference point for the team in the continued development of White Sprut.
Solution
● Together with the owner, we decided to create a brand guide covering all key aspects of White Sprut. It documents the brand’s history, core idea, interaction with the market and competitors, as well as the principles behind new product creation to preserve brand integrity.
● We also conducted interviews with marketing and production leaders, as well as loyal customers and partners. The insights gathered became the foundation of the brand guide. During the process, we identified additional insights that management later used to improve operational processes.
WHAT WE ACHIEVED
RESULTS
The created document became an internal guide for the marketing, production, and sales teams. Employees use it as a handbook and undergo testing based on it, helping confirm their understanding and engagement in the development of White Sprut.
