About the Client
STREET is a media buying team originating from Odesa, working primarily in the nutra vertical. The team operates offices in Odesa and Kyiv and is currently in an active phase of scaling — expanding its people, partnerships, and internal operational processes.
Alongside business growth, STREET is deliberately developing itself as a brand and positioning the team as a visible and recognizable player in the market.

Challenge
At the start of the collaboration, the business was preparing to enter the public space ahead of a new scaling phase. While STREET already had a strong operational foundation, it lacked a cohesive brand system that could support growth and work for the long term.
The key challenges included shaping the perception of STREET as a reliable partner, achieving clear differentiation in a highly competitive media buying market, building a strong employer brand, and defining a clear vision for brand development. The task was not limited to visual updates — it required creating a strategic framework capable of sustaining scale and team growth.
Solution
The work began with in-depth research into the competitive landscape, the niche, and broader market trends. In parallel, the Kinetika team conducted a series of strategic sessions and deep conversations with the client’s team to uncover the internal logic of the business, its strengths, and long-term ambitions.
Based on this foundation, a new brand positioning and attribute matrix were developed, forming a unified framework for both external and internal communications. We then supported the update of the visual identity and communication materials to ensure they were fully aligned with the new strategy rather than existing as standalone design elements.
A separate focus was placed on supporting the formation of the project’s marketing team and consulting on the integration of the brand strategy into everyday business processes — from communications to media planning.
WHAT WE ACHIEVED
RESULTS
As a result, STREET received a clearly structured brand strategy and employer brand that now serve as a foundation for further scaling. A marketing team was formed, the visual identity was updated, and a medium-term media planning framework for brand development was established. The brand entered the public space with a clear position, a coherent narrative, and an internal structure that supports sustainable growth without loss of integrity.
